Who we serve:

  • Residents of Columbia, Montour, and Lower Luzerne Counties.
  • Individuals with Medical Assistance (including certain managed care plans) or those who qualify based on income and do not have dental insurance.
  • Eligible patients may receive reduced-cost services through our sliding fee scale program.

No one will be denied access to services at The Dental Health Clinic due to an inability to pay. We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program for eligible patients. Discounts are available based on family size and income, using the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
